Services

At Mindful Balance Psychology, we offer a range of services designed to support your mental health and well-being. Our services include DVA, Work Cover, BUPA-ADF, Mental Health Treatment Plans, Private Referrals, NDIS and Employer Assistance Programs. Clients may access Medicare rebates with a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP, and those not eligible for Medicare explore options through their Private Health Fund.

Psychologists can provide various services, including individual, family or couple counselling. Individual counseling is a personalized therapeutic process where a trained professional helps clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and confidential environment. Family counseling is a therapeutic process that helps families improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationships. Get to Know Us

Welcome to Mindful Balance Psychology ! Stacey Doyle has been a registered psychologist since 2003, bringing over two decades of experience to her work. She has had the privilege of working in both private and not-for-profit sectors, allowing her gain extensive knowledge and skills in supporting individuals across all stages of life, from children and adolescents to adults.

Her experience within the education system has equipped her to assist children and families as they navigate developmental changes and challenges both at home and in school settings. Additionally, Stacey has considerable expertise in addressing wide range of mental health issues that adults may face, including trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and various lifestyle challenges. 

​

Stacey also has a special interest in working with clients who are deaf or hard of hearing, having completed a Certificate II and III in Auslan. She is eager to further her knowledge in this area by undertaking a Certificate IV in 2025.

 

At her practice, Stacey is committed to helping you find balance and wellbeing in your life, guiding you every step of the way.
